Masked Marvel : Fire Style

Working on a new style, based on that of Ted Wing III, an artist whose gallery I discovered awhile back. Still in the trial and error stage, I think my style just conflicts with his exact style, but usually I only take elements of the style and adapt it for my own pics anyway.

Happy Halloween..

Long ago, way back in the magical year of 1997, I drew a bunch of characters in a world full of monsters. Entering this world was Lana, a girl who felt more at home with the monsters than here own household. Every year around this time, I get the urge to revisit this Beetlejuice knockoff, with joy that they are still so much fun to draw.

Blonde, Jane Blonde...

Jane's a normal girl, with normal wants and normal needs, except that she's in a secret organization where the fate of the world is in her hands. Her wants usually include the newest invisible sports car and her needs tend to lean toward getting out of a villain's laser-powered-agent-slicer. Partnered with a by the book agent who doesn't beleive if she's up to the task makes it even tougher. But if she gets frustrated, there's always a million ninjas in secret lairs everywhere, so she always has a stress reliever.

Two posts today how about that..

Now here's a good one. Second Youth, the modern fantasy story involving (l to r) Roi, Xyn, Ivy and Aria. That's Tremor at the bottom looking a lot like the Thing. I really do something about that golem.

Some new Action Adventure...

Just a little pic of Falconor in human form. It's nothing spectacular but still nice to see Falcone in a new look.

There There..

More Neurotic...
What came from doodles with the tablet, came into this. Serendipity huh? I always liked drama from comical characters. I think it makes people feel toward them (hopefully) and makes them more rounded characters.
This would probably be toward the end of the story where Nero has to console her rejected comrade.

Neurotic...

somewhatnew characters since they were made about a year ago. But I so seldom come up with new pictures of Nero and Tic (Nero's in front). I've been looking at Donnachada Daly's blog, and I decided to try that style out. Mine looks like a scratch board, and that's pretty much what I was going for. The reason this is # 2 is that there is another version without color and with only Nero. (same pose how pathetic is that?)
